Zeidler, Eberhard Heinrich

Prof. Dr. h.c. Eberhard Heinrich Zeidler (born 1926)

Eberhard Heinrich Zeidler, a German Canadian architect, was born November 11th, 1926 in Braunsdorf, Germany. He lives and  works in Toronto Canada. He emigrated to Canada in 1951 and became partner of Blackwell und Craig in Peterborough, Ontario, in 1954. Later he founded his own company Zeidler Roberts Partnership/Architects, in Toronto with offices in Washington DC, Florida, London and Berlin. He is partner of Zeidler Partnership since 1975. 

His company was involved in the following projects:

Eaton Centre in Toronto, McMaster Health Science Centre, Ontario Place, Walter C. Mackenzie Health Sciences Centre in Edmonton, Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco, Canada Place (for Expo 86 in Vancouver), Media Park in Cologne, Raymond F. Kravis Centrer for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Rogers Cantel Office Campus, Toronto, Cinedom Cologne.
