House of Cantador, Brasilia
Inaugurated on November 9th, in 1986, the House of Cantador has been the scene of major cultural events, like the National Festivals and Poets Cantadores Repentistas Cordelista occurring more than 22 years. In these events the House opens its doors to art and culture. The House of the singer, also known as the Palace of Poetry, is a modern building designed by the innovative genius of the architect Oscar Niemeyer to honor the community that inhabits the northeastern Federal District.
