TV Tower, Brasilia
The Brasília's TV Tower is a television transmission tower. It was built in 1965 by Lucio Costa. Till 1987 the tower had a height of 218 metres, then it received more 6 metres from the TV channel Bandeirantes. It is located in Brasilia's Monumental Axis. The tower has got two observation decks, one at about 25 metres and another one at 75 meters, which has a capacity for over 150 people. The lower deck contains the National Museum of Gemstones.
