Cologne, Mediapark
The Mediapark is a district in Cologne with many offices and media industry firms. Nearly 5,000 people work in 250 companies located at that area. The urban development concept was devised by the German-Canadian architect Prof. Eberhard Zeidler. With its ideal transport connections to the motorway and public transportation network, many small companies decided to settle in the Mediapark with the large corporations in order to gain maximum benefit from synergistic effects.
