Danica O. Kus, Brussels, Belgium
Born in Slovenia, studied photography in Belgium at RhoK Art Academy and Ecole des Arts d’Ixelles, holds also a degree in marketing from the University of Maribor – Faculty of Economy, Slovenia.
Passion for photography led her to specialize in architectural and fine art photography.
In photography, I express the relationship of nature to mankind and our intersection with it.
Since the very beginning of my photography, I have experienced a kind of spiritual light, which was born out of heavy pain.
Throughout the time this power had become enveloped within my sensibilities. Once aware of that I felt more attracted to motives which are illuminated by the spirit and where the wisdom might be revealed.
I feel this power expresses the mystery of magic and I try to capture a piece of it with my camera.
